When you buy a home, the flat itself is only half the story. The other half is what you get to use every day the pool, the gym, the garden, the place where kids can play. That is what amenities are. And at Godrej Altus Vastrapur, the list of amenities is long and well planned.
In this simple guide, we will walk you through the clubhouse, lifestyle spaces and facilities you will find at Godrej Altus. No difficult words — just clear facts.
The 20,000 Sq. Ft. Clubhouse
The clubhouse is the heart of the community. At Godrej Altus, it is about 20,000 sq. ft. that is roughly the size of four large classrooms put together. Inside, you will find:
- Gym and fitness centre — so you can work out without leaving the campus.
- Swimming pool — a cool place to relax or swim laps.
- Yoga platform — a quiet spot for morning stretches and breathing exercises.
- Resident lounge — a comfortable indoor area to sit, read or meet neighbours.
The clubhouse is designed so that residents of all ages kids, parents and grandparents have something to do.
Outdoor and Green Spaces
Godrej Altus sits on 3.05 acres, and a good part of that is kept green. The landscaped courtyard is the main outdoor space. It has:
- Shaded seating areas where you can sit and talk.
- Walking paths lined with plants and trees.
- Open lawns for children to run and play.
Because the project has only 131 homes, these shared spaces never feel crowded. That is a big plus for families who want peace and privacy.
The Panoramic Sky Deck
One amenity that stands out is the sky deck. It is an elevated open space where you can look out over the city. Imagine watching the sunset from here after a long day. Very few projects in Ahmedabad offer something like this. It is a quiet, calm place to relax, read a book or just enjoy the view.
Safety and Daily Comfort
Beyond fun and fitness, Godrej Altus also takes care of basic needs:
- 24/7 CCTV surveillance and multi-tier security — so you and your family feel safe.
- Power backup for common areas — lifts and lights keep working even during outages.
- VRV/VRF air-conditioning provision — you can add cooling systems easily later.
- Gas pipeline and proper drainage in kitchens — for smooth daily cooking.
These may not sound glamorous, but they make everyday life much easier.
Why These Amenities Matter
Amenities are not just extras. They shape how you live. A clubhouse means you do not need an outside gym membership. A landscaped courtyard means your kids have a safe place to play. A sky deck means you have a calm corner to yourself.
